Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga, often called the Royal Path of Yoga, is the path of meditation, self-discipline, and mental mastery. “Raja” means king, symbolizing control over one’s thoughts and emotions. This path teaches that through calmness, focus, and inner stillness, one can experience true peace and unity with the higher Self. The foundation of Raja Yoga lies in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, which describe the Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga) as steps toward self-realization.
