All pregnant females except females who are in the first trimester & Critical pregnancy (if indicated by Gynecologist for extra precautions). Females who are in the first trimester can take relaxation and meditation classes.

Gynecologist recommendation is advisable before starting the yoga/exercises during Pregnancy.
