Shavasana (Corpse Pose)
Shavasana is a deeply restorative relaxation pose where the body lies completely still, allowing the mind and body to enter a state of total relaxation. It is usually practiced at the end of a yoga session.
How to Practice
- Lie flat on your back on a yoga mat
- Keep your legs slightly apart and arms relaxed beside your body
- Turn your palms facing upward
- Close your eyes and relax your entire body
- Focus on slow, natural breathing
- Stay in this position for 5–10 minutes
